The Forum opened in 1967 as a concert and event venue in Inglewood and was designed by architect Charles Luckman. From its first years, the 17,500-seat venue became a destination for major concerts, sporting events, and performances. The building itself is a modernist structure with a distinctive design meant to evoke a Roman forum—a gathering place for community. The exterior has been painted and repainted over its history; most recently it returned to its original red color after a major renovation in the 2010s.

Over its decades in operation, The Forum has hosted performers and events that shaped popular culture: rock and roll concerts, basketball games, ice hockey, comedy, and Broadway productions. The venue was extensively renovated between 2012 and 2014, with updates to seating, lighting, video screens, and visitor areas while preserving its original architectural character. Today it remains an active entertainment venue, now branded as Kia Forum following a partnership agreement, and continues to draw performers and audiences from throughout Southern California.

A venue built for community gathering is a reminder of what a life insurance plan protects: the ability of people who matter to each other to gather, celebrate, and build memories together. A term policy covering the years when family or business relationships are most fragile—when a mortgage is new, when children are young, when a business is establishing itself—ensures that unexpected loss does not scatter those bonds or compromise those plans.
